尾瀬戸倉のスキー 場でロッジを経営していた沼田治郎氏が
山を下り 生まれ故郷の横浜に開いた唯一無二の「スープカリー」の店。
提供される食器はスキットとメスティンで内装は山小屋風と
足を運んでくれた方にワクワクしてほしいという思いが詰まっている。
登山に欠かせないロープやカラビナなどを使用して
奥深い旨味や辛さが波のように押し寄せる様を演出した。
Jiro Numata, who ran a lodge at the Oze Tokura ski resort, came down from the mountains and opened a one-of-a-kind soup curry restaurant in his hometown of Yokohama.
The tableware served is skit and mess tin, and the interior is mountain hut style, with the intention of exciting all who visit.
Using ropes and carabiners, essential tools for mountain climbing, we created the illusion of deep flavors and spiciness washing over us like waves.
