横浜の地域に愛さ れるベーカリーショップ「ル・ミトロン」
南フランスのパン屋「Au Baiser du Mitron (パン屋の小僧の口づけを)」
から由来した店名は、オーナーがパン職人を志したときの
情熱と遊び心を忘れないようにという思いが込められています。
海をすぐそばに望む立地らしく、アンティークの船舶用滑車と
魚を集める巨大な灯りで製作したランプの演出や
アンティークのカウンターをいくつも融合させたステージなど
遊び心を織り込んだ空間になっています。
Le Mitron, a bakery shop beloved by the Yokohama community
The shop's name, derived from a bakery in southern France called
"Au Baiser du Mitron (The Kiss of the Baker's Boy)," embodies
the owner's desire to never forget the passion and playfulness
he had when he decided to become a baker.
As the restaurant is located right next to the sea, it is a playful space
with lamp displays made from antique ship pulleys and giant lights
that attract fish, as well as a stage that combines several antique counters.
